2025 Spring Flag Football - Stillwater, MN

Registration is open now for Northern Lights Flag Football – Spring season powered by Gridiron Football! Open to grades K-12. Age groups will be combined once registration closes, depending on numbers per age group.

Registration price includes league fees, jersey, shorts and flags.

Games are played 11am-4pm with the younger teams generally playing earlier in the day.

Practice Guidelines: Practice dates/times are determined by Coach. Most Coaches practice on Saturday game days.

Registering as a Head Coach or Referee? 50% Discounts Available for Head Coaches and Referees. Referees also receive hourly pay based on experience. Will do Head Coach and Referee training prior to the season.
